Chitinase Enzyme Supplier & Manufacturer — Bio-Green Lab

Bio-Green Lab is a chitinase manufacturer, not a trading intermediary. We have produced chitinase enzymes at industrial grade since 2011 in our own facility in Veracruz, Mexico, with quality control by enzymatic activity on every batch.

Manufacturer vs. distributor: why it matters

When chitinase is bought through a trading intermediary, activity data usually travels second-hand and batch traceability breaks. Working with the producer means the activity figure, the fermentation batch and the technical answer all come from the same place.

It also means supply can be scheduled. Fermentation and downstream recovery have lead times; a producer can plan them against your consumption curve instead of reselling whatever stock happens to exist.

    Production and quality control

Production runs through controlled fungal fermentation followed by downstream recovery and stabilization. Each batch is released against an enzymatic activity result, and that result is the specification we quote and supply against.

    • Controlled fermentation with defined production strains
    • Downstream recovery and stabilization of the active fraction
    • Activity assay and release per batch
    • Traceability from batch to shipment

    Supply models

Single evaluation batches, recurring industrial supply against a forecast, and concentration-adjusted supply for formulators who prefer to dilute in-house from Q-100.

    Frequently asked questions

Are you a chitinase manufacturer or a distributor?

We are the manufacturer. Bio-Green Lab produces the enzyme in its own facilities in Veracruz, Mexico, since 2011, with batch-by-batch enzymatic activity quality control.

Can you supply chitinase on a recurring industrial schedule?

Yes. With a consumption forecast we schedule fermentation runs so supply matches your production calendar rather than depending on available stock.

    Do you provide technical support?

Yes, directly from the production and technical team — including compatibility, pH and temperature windows, dosing and storage guidance.
